Project name: Developing a concept for Lutheran youth ministry in the Netherlands
Short description
Lutheran youth ministry in the Netherlands is highly fragmented. Therefore, the project seeks to learn more about the varying contexts and needs of young people in the Lutheran congregation. A step is to organize a national confirmation camp bringing together teenagers from the entire country and connecting the church workers. The learnings will be collected and discussed in the appropriate youth committees and the synod.
The implementation of the project is still ongoing. More details will be added once they become available.

Very well aware of the unbalances of lutheran youth in the lutheran congegations in the Netherlands, added to that the importance of making the lutheran confession an equal part of the Protestant Church in the Netherlands (merger of reformed and lutheran confession), Daan had a great brainwave to come up with this idea!
